Customer called in regarding an Anybus 9006-B device. He is not able to find the device within the IPconfig to manually update the firmware. He cannot connect via USB or Ethernet IP. When he attempts to connect via mobus, it returns a 0.0.0.0 ip with a “Null Exception Error” The customer would like to perform a factory reset of the device to deploy it to another project.
