Unable to PING PLC from PLC Ewon Flexy 201

HI,

I am not able to Ping PLC from PLC below is the settings,

  1. My Laptop - 192.168.2.165
  2. Ewon LAN 10.147.62.10
  3. PLC - 192.168.2.108
    Subnet for all 255.255.255.0

i did all remidies to solve this issue and all looks ok

  1. Network overlap
  2. Firewall set too high
  3. NatItf not set appropriately
  4. RTEnIpFwrd disabled
  5. Device not configured for access through M2Web

Hello,

You need to set the Ewon LAN to the same IP Range as the PLC. (192.168.2.x). You may be able to ping the LAN side due to the tunnel, but you will fail to ping the LAN IP of the Ewon itself.

You will need to log in to the unit, and update the LAN IP. After rebooting the unit, you should be able to ping the PLC.
