Unable to update sys info

Our EC350 has been down for a number of months (at least since I started working here) , it is thought that it was working until a software update. At the moment when I log onto argos connect, it is “unable to update sys info” and when I check the actual netbiter device the can light shows red and I believe the so does the modem light. It seems to be a network connectivity issue but the sim card we are using is still active and being paid for.


You may have to check if your cellular provider still has 3G network connectivity in the area. Many operators have updated their networks to 4G/5G and no longer support 3G. If this is the case, you will have to update to the EC360.
