Our EC350 has been down for a number of months (at least since I started working here) , it is thought that it was working until a software update. At the moment when I log onto argos connect, it is “unable to update sys info” and when I check the actual netbiter device the can light shows red and I believe the so does the modem light. It seems to be a network connectivity issue but the sim card we are using is still active and being paid for.
