USB TO CAN compact V2 - connection is terminated after aprox 6min and shows error VCI lib not initiated

Hi ,
I am using VCI driver 4 with windows 10, Hw is IAXXAT USB TO CAN compact V2.also with proper termination resistor

I see the connection get established properly and can communicate to DUT for first 6-7mins.

But after 6-7 mins even though I am sending command through Minianalyser I see the error and driver stops workinf (refer to image attach)

I have tried with multiple PC and also older driver V3.5 but I still face this issue.
