Can you try and go through the recovery procedure below?
I tried but ebuddy didn’t find ewon cosy
and lan port of the ewon not working
even if it’s not showing up in ebuddy you can still do the recovery procedure by entering the serial number of the device.
Also can you make sure that there is a 10/100 switch connected in between before you go through the process?
yes switch 10/100 Mbps
