Hello I am trying to Import Tags into the View on Page my ewon is linked to ecatcher Talk2m account.
But when I tried importing tags it did not.
Why is it happening can anyone help me out with this.

It looks like you have some confusing regarding the ewon’s IP addresses. Viewon needs an IP address that allows the PC to reach the Ewon. It looks like you have it configured for the ewons WAN IP address. This interface is protected and by default only allows out going connections. Update the viewon projects settings to use the ewons LAN IP which i expect to be the same one used to access the device in your browser. (10.185.164.53)

Im not sure what you are showing me here.
Double check your ewons lan IP and try that.
