For Flexy 205 units, I would like to create users that only have permissions to see only the viewON page. For safety, security, and proprietary reasons, I would like that these users are unable to access, via T2M Web2M or ecatcher, either the Flexy 205 configuration page (i.e. the entire page with Tags/Diagnostic/Setup/etc. configuration) or any of the connected LAN devices (e.g. HMI, PLC, etc.) via T2M Web2M, even if they know the URL.

Is this possible?

Forcing a user only to be able to use M2Web can only be done with a talk2m Pro account.
As for the ViewOn page they need login access to the flexy even if it is just read only since the Flexy will not show tag values and will give and access denied to the viewon page otherwise.
