On several occasions the VNC connection to a HMI connected to the ewon fails when using M2Web but it works fine when using ecatcher.
The issue is resolved after restarting the eWon 3-4 times. Is it possible to stop this happening or determine what is causing it?
Try using a lower color depth in the M2Web settings:
