Vote Ewon Cosy 141 not connecting to Talk2M

Hi I’m trying to connect an Ewon Cosy 141 to the Talk2M however it couldnt.
I’ve updated th firmware to 11.3s0 MA.
I’ve checked if this was registered, it is new product (recent unbox)
and the Talk2M cracker said all are OK

This device has been registered since May 4th, 2018. You should ask for a refund from the seller and make sure to purchase your next Ewon from an Ewon distributor.

is there way to deleted o disconnected from previous account if i don’t know what account was regustered?

Only if you are from the same company who it is registered to. If you are, create a case using your company email address at https://support.hms-networks.com and provide the serial number and any other information you have about the device or where it was purchased from.

Is there way to know what company email address was registered?, the issue is the divice is a part of a proyect which my company bought from another company
