VPN connection Resetting

In the real time log on the Flexy I am seeing multiple entries that read;
[device] Inactivity timeout (–ping-exit), exiting

Is this something that can be avoided by setting the Idle time before hanging up setting to a longer time span?

We currently have that set to 120 seconds and Check incoming. The units are uploading their data to the data mailbox every five minutes.

This error means that the eWON couldn’t reach the VPN server. There are times where a connection can intermittently refresh communication specifically with Cellular. The device typically recovers quite quickly so you may not notice a drop in the WAN connection.

Is there a way to improve this behavior? I find it happens more often when I am connected. It will drop every few minutes.
