VPN tunnel error and TAP adapter

Hi Adam,

There can be a few different reasons for these errors, but the most common one is due to issues with the TAP adapter and can usually be resolved by re-installing it. Follow the directions here:

Check to make sure that the TAP adapter was re-named “Talk2m-eCatcher” and if not you can manually do it.

If that doesn’t work, can you let me know the exact error message? You can also have the customer call us at 312-893-5636 and we’ll take a look.
