I’m getting a “VPN tunnel error:> STATE: 1672555460” error on my eCatcher after logging in and pressing connect.

Hello there,
Are you using the latest version of eCatcher? If not, can you please update it to version 6.10.0?
Can you please double check you have the Talk2M TAP adapter under your Network connections?
Also, can you please try login into eCatcher with a different internet source (a hotspot perhaps) to check if this could be a firewall issue?
