The eWon Flexy 201 is rebooting every 3 min 30 s. I am getting the event log “Reboot reason: Watchdog in process (mbsgw)”. Please advise me on how to prevent this reboot as the customer’s HMI is tied to the eWon ethernet switch and they are losing comms to it every time it reboots. The HMI is vital to their operations.

Can you provide a back up with support files of the unit?
Also the the watchdog is triggering on the Modbus Gateway side, can you check the connection of the unit to verify that it is still active?
