This article describes how to find the order code of an Intesis device. The order code of the device is composed by the Brand ID, Device Protocol/AC Brand, BMS Protocol, Capacity, Hardware Version, and OEM Version. This format remains the same for both Protocol Integration gateways and AC interfaces.

Topic 1: Protocol Translators Gateways
For all Protocol Translators (Protocol Integration Gateways), you can find the order code at the manufacturer sticker on the side of the device.
For example:
- Intesis Box IBOX-BAC-MBM

Topic 2: AC Interfaces Gateways
For AC interfaces, you can find the order code at the manufacturer sticker either on the side or on the back of the device depending on the device having a din rail mount or not.
For example:
- Universal IR Air Conditioner to AC Cloud Control (Wi-Fi) Interface: the order code of this device will be at the back of the device.
