Where & how do I get the SIM card?

I’m a USA novice, upfitting a Flexy 205 by adding the FLB3205_00/S so my clients’ project will have 4G internet access. The HMS billing portal wants the ICCID which would be on the SIM card itself. Problem is, my SIM card slot is empty & I don’t know how to address that.

I had gone here: AT&T IoT Marketplace

to buy a card but I hit the wall when EWON didn’t come up as “certified by AT&T”.

My FLB device is serial number 1033-1921-0175-24 & any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance~

We typically send send our sim cards with the device. They are not in the box and the distributors may not ship them to you with it.
You can email us-orders@hms.se and they should be able to help you get a card if needed.
