The VCI v4 drivers would be the recommended drivers for windows 10. https://www.ixxat.com/support/file-and-documents-download/drivers/vci-v4-driver
The drivers are now found under the individual devices that use them for example the usb to CAN. https://www.ixxat.com/technical-support/resources/downloads-and-documentation?ordercode=1.01.0281.12001
You might need to check that your software supports these drivers. If they require the VCI V2 drivers you will need to install the VCI v2 comparability add on to the drivers also available on V4 download page.
