Ewon won’t connect to talk 2m and basically is saying it is already on the account and I have already deleted it and don’t know where it would be on another account. Thanks

The Ewon is still registered, but it looks like you have a user for the account. I will email you a link where you can reset the password. Then you should be able to delete the Ewon from the account.
