There are some step by step documents for NetTool for Profibus on the Product page for the AB7629:

Make sure you have downloaded the Anybus Transport provider as well, under the Software Section. There is a lot on the page, but the most useful docs will be the Application Note For NetTool For Profibus, the Network Guide - Profibus Master, and Network Guide - Ethernet slave (Chapters 1, 3, and 5).
