Is there a direct connection between the Ethernet Adapter and Ethernet Scanner?
In order for to verify what the fault may be, you will need to set up a managed switch with port mirroring between the Ethernet adapter and Scanner. Once complete, you can use wireshark to review the packet capture which should have the fault within the data.
Going over the Anybus unit, everything looks how it should be configured. reviewing the packet capture can provide more insight on what is occurring regarding the fault.
