Cosy 141 will not connect to Talk2m during wizard setup

The eWON Cosy 141 detects an internet connection but fails to connect to Talk2M during wizard setup. I do not use a proxy.

I’ve reviewed the document. using alternate DNS 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 did not help. I’ve tried deleting the eWON from eCatcher and adding it again with a new activation key. I was originally sent this eWON to renew its certificate. I use this internet connection frequently to setup other new eWONs without issue.

Tim, I’ve successfully run the Talk2M connection checker without issue using the same connection I use for the eWONs. Is this of any significance?

I don’t think that will be too much help right now. Were you able to confirm that our servers are whitelisted on your network?

Isn’t that what the checker is for?

I’m not sure if that one check the connection to the older access server
