eCatcher VPN Adaptor Issue

I am having trouble with my eCatcher VPN adaptor. If I reboot my computer and open eCatcher I am able to connect to my devices, but as soon as I close eCatcher and open it again I get the error below when I try to open eCatcher. “The Windows Talk2M VPN Service cannot be found” I have uninstalled eCather, reinstalled the TAP-Windows V9 adaptor. When in this state my Talk2m-eCatcher network adaptor says Network Cable unplugged. What should I try next?

Hi Ray_Miller,

It’s normal that the network adapter will say that it’s unplugged when not actively connected through eCatcher. Can you make sure the adapter is named “Talk2m-eCatcher”? This is case sensitive.
