eFive lost communication

Hi,
sometimes I lose communication with my eFive locally, I must restart it to be able to access it again or sometimes just wait a few minutes. my computer is on the same VLAN as the eFive.
what do you thinks?

Does the eFive turn off during this time or do your VPN clients lose connection?

I would swap out the current ethernet cable and try using a shielded ethernet cable instead to see if that helps with connectivity.

Hi I have same problem , VPN still connection with flexy still connected but on local side I can’t connect to Efive via LAN ( green port) . Please advice.
