Ewon offline in eCatcher

Hello,

I have the same kind of problem as Ramya.
Device is stated as Offline but when I look into the log last line says:
4/22/21 8:49:06 AM INFO: DEV66688:[vpn47] eWON Status ONLINE
I got information from client side that the device is having contact with Server IP: 87.98.174.179

I checked more devices for this situation and there are more with the same situation.
Some other devices are also ONLINE through the same vpn47 and are accesable.
Just this morning I saw one other device being online but an hour later it was offline.
Checked the log, also there last line:
4/22/21 9:14:34 AM INFO: DEV56426:[vpn47] eWON Status ONLINE
But one thing I saw was that the VPN IP is different as before.
When available it was IP: 10.190.155.189
Afterwards is had IP: 10.71.13.129.136

I checked the other systems what have same occurance, they all have VPN IP starting with 10.71.xxx.xxx
Do you have something with this information?

If needed i can ask the client to make a backup with support files(through eBuddy).
Hopefully we can solve this issue.

Later this morning all of our devices had the same issue.
All the VPN IP’s where then starting with 10.71.xxx.xxx
Just now I saw alle the devices (normally connected) are accessible again.
Then now have VPN IP starting with 10.190.xxx.xxx again.

Would like to hear if there is a clearification of the situation.

Problem solved.
Just few minutes ago, after restart, status changed and now is online. I can connect normally.
Vpn ip in Myewons starting on 10.210.

There were a few status issues following the network maintenance that occurred yesterday. Devices were connected to the VPN but showing offline in ecatcher.
