I have the same kind of problem as Ramya.
Device is stated as Offline but when I look into the log last line says:
4/22/21 8:49:06 AM INFO: DEV66688:[vpn47] eWON Status ONLINE
I got information from client side that the device is having contact with Server IP: 87.98.174.179
I checked more devices for this situation and there are more with the same situation.
Some other devices are also ONLINE through the same vpn47 and are accesable.
Just this morning I saw one other device being online but an hour later it was offline.
Checked the log, also there last line:
4/22/21 9:14:34 AM INFO: DEV56426:[vpn47] eWON Status ONLINE
But one thing I saw was that the VPN IP is different as before.
When available it was IP: 10.190.155.189
Afterwards is had IP: 10.71.13.129.136
I checked the other systems what have same occurance, they all have VPN IP starting with 10.71.xxx.xxx
Do you have something with this information?
If needed i can ask the client to make a backup with support files(through eBuddy).
Hopefully we can solve this issue.
