It should be online now. We needed to make sure that OpenVPN was being allowed for this device and then it passed the wizard.

I got my flexy unit back and was wondering if you wanted to try and get the serial or usb working again? I think we were at the point where you wanted me to downgrade the firmware. Should I proceed with that?

Update…I noticed a new firmware out that mentioned a usb fix so I upgraded to that(14.1s1) that didn’t help. I then noticed that I was using an older version of eCatcher(6.5.2). I updated eCatcher to the latest release(6.5.4) and now
the usbs popped right up! Everything seems to be working.
