Hello Tech Support Team.

Dan Schroeder with Bull Moose Tube Co has a Cosy and is experiencing some issues. Generally he is able to connect to his Cosy via eCatcher, but when he tries to connect to his AB PLC with Logix 5000, it is very slow to connect and often
the connection to the PLC times out. He is asking what troubleshooting we can do to improve the connection. He provided me with logs from his Cosy and the log from eCatcher. (attached)

I looked at the events.txt file and I see a bunch of events occurring every 5-seconds.

Can you provide some advice about what might be causing this? Could this be the reason that the connection to the PLC is so slow?

I haven’t heard back from the customer yet. when you submitted it, it created two tickets so I merged this ticket with the other ticket here:

I guess when we merge tickets it will close one of them.
