Hello we had an ewon 205 lose all of its network settings at midnight randomly last night. We disabled all code from running. What can cause this??

A possible cause is a corruption of memory. This can be caused the a severe coding error, EM interference from the power supply, fault memory.
What is the serial number of the device?
Also can you provide a backup with support files of the unit? This can be done using eBuddy.
We have factory reset the device and then did a fresh reload of the tags etc. we then again lost all of the settings after some time - I will try and do it again to get the backup and the support files. Can you specify the files you require?
Also have you ever seen an ewon that has corrupted memory that a factory reset doesnt help and it keeps losing its settings and tags??
