I’m using flexy 205 with extension 2 port serial card. The serial card Port 1 is configured for RS 485. I’ve connected 8 slaves. When i try to fetch data Modbus enter slow poll mode error is coming.

You may have a few tags with errors. You can use the IO server Global settings you can enable the [Disable tags in error] option. this should disable the tag having issues to allow you to fix the issue. You can also look in the event logs for any modbus errors.

Hi Deryck,
Already i’ve already enabled the option. Then also i’m facing the same issue.

I Checked in event log there is no error related to modbus

Do you get an error message when you hover over the exclamation point?

I would also recommend opening a case on http://support.hms-networks.com/ as well this will open you a case with the support team local to you.

I would recommend doing that if this is an urgent issue as it will go to your local support group who can also work with the Ewon team directly.
