Paid Account cannot have concurrent Connections

We have a paid account, with three (3) users. Each user can log in individually and connect , but more than one cannot connect at the same time. Ecatcher just hangs at configuring local interface ?? Using windows 7 and using Ecatcher 6.2.2 and 6.3.5

I discussed this issue with @berkot offline.

The issue stemmed from the usage of a cloned host with cloned eCatchers across the network. When one user would connect what essentially equated to a conflict would arise preventing the other users from connecting.

In order to resolve the issue we removed the adapter and reinstalled a new one. After doing this @berkot was able to get connected with other users connected.

  1. Navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\eCatcher-Talk2M\Talk2mvpnservice\drivers
  2. Run the file labeled deltap.bat as an admin.
  3. Run the file labeled addtap.bat install.bat as an admin.

Test the connection.
