Panelview 800 Download issue

I am trying to download a new HMI program to a PanelView 2711-T4T (T10T and T7T react the same way) from CCW 11.00.00 (with the patches) through our eWon connection. In the past with version 10 this worked successfully. Now I get the following:

"Connecting to graphic terminal…

SucceededOpen connection failed!"

I can upload the project from the Panel just not download to it.

eWon is a Cosy (EC61330_00) Firmware 7.1s0 (older firmware has same issue)

Any Ideas?

Sometimes it helps to use the VPN over TCP port 443 instead of UDP port 1194. This option is in the advanced section of the VPN wizard.

I have switched between TCP and UDP with out sucess. Rockwell thinks
there is an issue with the network

From their Tech Support: “it sounds like it could be some sort of a
network issue, uploading does not do any CRC checking, while downloading
does, it sounds like this information is not getting back to the CCW
software.”

Not sure which way to go at this time. Issue exists with all Panelview
800 active on the network, across about 40 eWons.

I would recommend getting the Cosy up to date with the latest firmware, 13.2s1 (for the Cosy 131). Also, I would check the firewall settings in eCatcher. If you are still having issues after that, try enabling “BroadcastForwarder” in the System > Storage > COM cfg settings.
